Aadhira Eco Crafts provides a limited warranty on all products against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery date. This covers issues like cracks, warping, or structural failures due to production errors, excluding damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear. Contact support within 7 days of discovery with photos and order details for inspection and replacement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from orders, products, or services will be resolved amicably first through email or phone support. Unresolved issues proceed to mediation under Indian law. If needed, disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We commit to fair, transparent resolution without unnecessary escalation.

Shipping & Returns

Products ship from India via trusted couriers with full tracking—domestic delivery in 3-7 days, international 7-21 days. Inspect upon receipt and report damages within 48 hours.

• Shipping fees non-refundable; custom orders non-cancellable.

Payments

Secure payments via cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets—no extra fees. Prices in INR exclude taxes/shipping. Full payment required before dispatch; international orders handle currency conversion. Refunds process in 5-10 days to the original method for eligible cases only.

Product Usage Terms

Use areca leaf tableware as intended: heat-safe up to 100°C, microwave/oven-safe, but avoid freezers or dishwashers. Natural variations in colour/texture are normal. Not suitable for cutting or heavy liquids. Follow care guidelines for safety and performance.

Dispute Resolution
